From fault report to fixed unit
Report the issue
Email or WhatsApp your order number, model, serial plate photo and a short video of the fault.
Remote diagnosis
Our engineer replies within one working day with a diagnosis, wiring diagram or repair video.
Parts confirmation
We confirm the part code and quantity, and check whether the unit is inside the 12-month warranty.
Dispatch
Warranty parts ship free with your next order, or by DHL / FedEx express within 48 hours when urgent.
Follow up
We verify the repair, log the case in our QC system and feed it back into production improvement.

Send the order number, model, serial number and photo or video evidence to your sales contact. Approved claims are shipped free of charge with your next order, or by express at our cost when the unit is in a patient's hands.
Yes. Every shipment includes an English user manual and exploded-view parts diagram. We also supply service videos, wiring diagrams and remote video training sessions for your technicians on request.
We recommend a spare parts kit equal to 2-3% of order value — typically controllers, chargers, castors and brake cables. Kits ship inside the same container at no extra freight cost.
We keep tooling and part inventory for a minimum of five years after a model is discontinued, so long-life fleet buyers and rental companies can keep units in service.
Accident damage, exceeding rated load capacity, water immersion, use of a non-original charger, unauthorised modification of the controller, and normal wear on tyres, upholstery, brake pads and bearings.
