Eight controlled manufacturing steps
Material inspection
Aluminium alloy and carbon fiber tubes are verified for grade, wall thickness and surface quality before entering production.
Cutting & CNC bending
Automatic cutting and CNC bending shape frames to ±0.5 mm so every batch assembles identically.
Welding
Argon-arc and robotic welding produce structural joints tested to ISO 7176 static and impact requirements.
Polishing & coating
Weld seams are polished, then electrostatic powder coating gives a durable, medical-clean finish.
Electrical assembly
Motors, controllers, brakes, joysticks and lithium packs are fitted and wired by trained technicians.
100% function testing
Every unit is run-tested: drive, brake, folding, charging, load and endurance checks are logged per serial number.
Packing
Foam-protected export cartons, printed manuals, spare-part kits and optional retail colour boxes.
Loading & shipping
Containers are loaded on site and exported through Guangzhou and Shenzhen with full export documentation.
Documented quality, batch by batch
Our quality system follows ISO 13485:2016. Each production batch keeps a traceable record of material certificates, welding inspection, electrical test data and pre-shipment inspection.

- ✔In-process inspection at bending, welding and coating stations.
- ✔100% electrical function, brake and folding tests before packing.
- ✔Static stability, load and endurance testing to ISO 7176 series.

- ✔Lithium batteries supplied with MSDS and UN38.3 documentation.
