Our default term. Price includes export packing, inland trucking to the port, customs declaration and loading on board. You appoint the forwarder and pay ocean freight and insurance.

Shipping and payment questions
Yes. Our LiFePO4 and lithium-ion packs ship under UN3171 (battery installed in the vehicle) with UN38.3 test report and MSDS supplied for every model. Air freight requires packs of 300 Wh or less per unit for most carriers; sea freight has no such limit. We label, package and document to IATA / IMDG requirements at no extra charge.
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or air waybill, certificate of origin (Form A / CO / FTA where applicable), CE declaration of conformity, ISO 13485 certificate, UN38.3 and MSDS for battery models, plus fumigation-free statement for our plywood-free packing.
Five-layer export carton, one unit per carton, EPE foam corner protection, PE bag over upholstery, and separately boxed controller, charger and armrests. Colour box, brand printing and barcode labelling are available for OEM orders.
T/T, L/C, Western Union, PayPal and Alibaba Trade Assurance. Standard terms are 30% deposit by T/T with the balance against copy B/L, or 100% irrevocable L/C at sight for orders above USD 50,000.
Yes. A 20GP or 40HQ can be loaded with any combination of wheelchairs, scooters, rollators and bathroom products, and we optimise the loading plan to use every cubic metre. We supply a loading photo report before the container is sealed.
Send photos and the carton number within 7 days of arrival. Verified transit or manufacturing damage is replaced free of charge with your next shipment, and we ship urgent spare parts by express at our cost.
